Restoration Project

The Master of Frankfurt restoration project was one of the most interesting and internationally recognised projects that ZONE4 has developed for the Queensland Art Gallery. It involved building a viewer for the exhibition featuring a painting from one of the Dutch masters. We built a flash application that allowed users to compare:  x-ray, ultraviolet, infra-red and natural light versions of the painting. Each different type of imaging allows users to see the original line drawing or changes to the people in the painting. Check out a demo version of the application
